The Inn features elegant yet comfortable accommodations, distinctive fine dining and enjoys close proximity to abundant recreational activities for you and your guests to explore and enjoy. From the idyllic village and the charm of a 200 year-old building to the gourmet menus that are personalized for each event and the delectable celebratory cakes and baked goods, you will find Dorset and the Inn a most delightful destination for your special event.
Our event coordinator will assist with every detail from menu selection, room arrangements, floral décor and linens to finding the appropriate music and audiovisual equipment. We offer several rooms as banquet space for these events. Cocktails in the Living Room is always a nice start to each event. Our sun-filled Garden Room offers the most private venue and can accommodate up to 35 guests. It’s perfect for cheerful morning and afternoon events and cozy at night with white sparkling lights. The historic red Dining Room seats 60 comfortably and is more formal in character and most suitable for evening affairs or business Brunches. For a casual Brunch or dinner event, our cozy fire-placed Tavern seats 25 guests.
